  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Aluminum foil (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them in the creamy mixture.
  4. Lay out 4 large pieces of aluminum foil. Divide the sliced potatoes evenly among the foil pieces, placing them in the center of each.
  5. Spoon the shrimp and creamy mixture over the potatoes, dividing it equally.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each packet.
  7. Fold the aluminum foil over the ingredients to create sealed packets, ensuring they are tightly closed.
  8. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  9. Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam) and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
