- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce over medium heat.
- Add the cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
