- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 pieces of flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
- Spread a layer of ranch dressing over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the ranch dressing on each flatbread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced celery and chopped green onions.
- Slice into pieces and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños on top before baking.
- Substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a classic buffalo flavor.
