A delicious and easy recipe for Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 pieces of flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread a layer of ranch dressing over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the ranch dressing on each flatbread.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with diced celery and chopped green onions.
  9. Slice into pieces and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños on top before baking.
