  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat the beef tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, and balsamic vinegar to create a marinade.
  4. Rub the marinade all over the beef tenderloin, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  5. Place the beef on a roasting rack in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 to 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium-rare.
