- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined.
- Spread the sauce mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a crunchy topping, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the sauce before baking.
- Serve the salmon over a bed of rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
