Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Crack the egg into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over-easy). Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese on the toasted bagel halves.
- Layer the pear and apple slices on one half, followed by the cheddar cheese.
- Place the cooked egg on top of the cheese, then close the sandwich with the other bagel half.
- Serve immediately while warm.
