A delicious Asian BBQ Salmon dish served with roasted Brussels sprouts, perfect for a healthy meal.

- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with half of the marinade. Toss to coat evenly.
- Push the Brussels sprouts to one side of the baking sheet and place the salmon fillets on the other side. Brush the salmon with the remaining marinade.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can substitute the Brussels sprouts with asparagus or green beans for a different vegetable option.
