- 2 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick, 8 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- You can substitute the herbs with your favorites, such as oregano or basil, for a different taste.
