  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, folding them together until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll it into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
