Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Transfer to a gallon-sized zip-top bag.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate, Nutella, butter, and salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add Chex cereal and pour the melted chocolate mixture over it. Stir gently to coat.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal into the zip-top bag with the cocoa mixture. Seal and shake gently until coated.
- Spread coated mixture on a baking sheet and let cool for about 1 hour.
