- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour the orange sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions.
- Serve the spicy orange shrimp over cooked rice or quinoa.

- For a milder version, reduce the amount of red pepper flakes or omit them entirely.
