- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans (16.3 ounces each) refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the crock pot and spread it evenly.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Gently drop the biscuit pieces on top of the chicken mixture in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the biscuits are cooked through and fluffy.
